    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm in Ireland and have been with Vodafone for a while. I see Sky Mobile has come to Ireland so I thought of porting my existing number to Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I went through online process and ordered an eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I received a contract email from Sky and the very next minute, I get another email indicating my contract is being cancelled, with no reason provided. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I think I have good credit score, no arrears with Sky from previous products etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called the helpline but they had no idea why it was cancelled either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I raised a complaint but no response from them either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;at my wits end trying to figure out why I'm unable to order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;has anyone else faced this ? And any suggestions on how I can sort this out ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
