Galaxy Z flip touchscreen not working

Hi/.

My Flip 6 touchscreen suddenly stopped working yesterday and I can,t go through the steps to prepare it for repair because the screen is not working. Is there a fix to this? I've gone through all of the steps from restarting, to letting the battery drain (that took some doing)Any help wiull bde much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

From experience when a flip screen stops working and you can't do anything to solve it with using the usual steps then it's knackered.

I take it you are still under the warranty? If so tell them you want a new replacement.

If your phone is still acting 'normally' even though you cannot use the screen, maybe it just needs a screen replacement.

I was just out of warranty so now it's going to cost me up to £700 for the data on my phone to be retrieved, as for some reason it was not backing up at the weekly intervals I had set 😡
