I sent my old phone last Sunday using the label and box they sent for me to do. I have tracked it and it's showing as delivered through Royal Mail but when I'm checking on my Sky account it's not showing anything. I am worried that I only have 14 days after receiving my new phone before the deal I got for the swap is no longer valid. It does take them 2-3 weeks to process returns.
