    <description>I ordered 2 samsung s24 fe that are supposed to be with free galaxy buds 3. However, only 1 pair was in the box with the 2 phones, as only 1 pair was automatically added to the basket. I phoned Sky and was told it would be sent separately. I don't think that's the case and feel I was fobbed off. Has anyone else had this issue? The other phone is for my husband but I don't want to fight over the buds &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":unamused_face:"&gt;😒&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help please?&amp;nbsp; No sky live chat available anymore, and when I rang Sky, I was told (sounded like I was fobbed off) they woulld be sent seperately in a few days.&amp;nbsp; That was a few days ago!&amp;nbsp; I know it may seem trivial, but neither of us have used the phones yet and I haven't activated my sim that came with the phone as I don't want a new number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pensive_face:"&gt;😔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
