&lt;P&gt;Likewise Sky won't know who you are from a forum post as your Community log-in isn't linked to your Sky accounts so no one will know which area you're in anyway. As you've discovered Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so you, and others in your area, are going to have to wait for the eventual repair.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No service for 2 months</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have spoken to Sky on multiple occasions as we can not make or receive calls. We can not speak to the Doctor or receive OTP For any banking. They say a Mast is the issue and do not know the company fixing issue. They say they will send updates which we do not receive as the company fixing the issue doesn't update their system. Help!!!! Maybe someone from Sky can escalate this issue for the people in my area.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
