      <title>Second sim and still no signal or data!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had no data or signal with sky mobile, and I'm on the second sim card that they've sent me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've gone through all the troubleshooting, and it's still 4 dots showing next to the wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had this experience? I'm now getting frustrated that I can't sort it, never mind having a working phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;afraid it's all working fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just sat on the phone to sky (from my work phone) and was told to insert a different sim into the phone, which I don't have.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I have to wait another 3-5 days for the escalation team to call me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a joke.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Especially as I've come over to Sky mobile from Vodafone after a recommendation, it's the worse experience I've ever had so far of a phone company.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
