      <title>Replacement Sim Card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm needing to get a repalcement SIM card for my Mums phone which seems to be damaged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The sticking point is that the account is set up in my Dads name who is unfortunately very ill in hospital recovering from a stroke and is currently very confused (memory) and unable to talk so can't authorise the new sim to be issuesed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've spoken to Sky and can access there account as I know the password but there unable to issue the new Sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any advice / solutions before I get a pay as you sim as a temporary solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
