      <description>&lt;P&gt;Logged into my Sky account, and wanted to check I was eligible for upgrade (I should be) in advance of the iPhone 16 pre-orders starting on Friday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my landing page it says, "&lt;STRONG&gt;You can now upgrade&lt;/STRONG&gt;" next to my device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I clicked "&lt;STRONG&gt;Manage device&lt;/STRONG&gt;", then clicked on "&lt;STRONG&gt;Start upgrade&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then get taken to an error page which says...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Your services are currently being restricted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is an outstanding action on your account which is resulting in your services being restricted. Find out how to remove these restrictions."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There's a button on the same page which says "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reinstate your services&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Reinstate my services&lt;/STRONG&gt;" I then get another error page saying...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;STRONG&gt;THIS PAGE IS RESTRICTED&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As far as I know there are no restrictions - my bill is paid and up to date (never missed a payment) and I can make/receive calls etc.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can anyone from Sky get in touch via PM to try and resolve this? &lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:&lt;/P&gt;
