After the credit checks have been completed (these take longer if the order was placed over a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

That could mean you are looking at anywhere between a few days to 3 or 4 weeks so keep any eye on your account for updates.

Ordered an Iphone13 on 1st September, and still in back order (after the order confirmation said delivery within a week)
