Cannot link Sky mobile with sky account to activate pac code

I have a sky account with our sky broadband and sky Tv. Through this link I brought my partner a new phone, he is moving from EE, when trying to activate sim and logging in it will not link the phone and sky account and gives nowhere to put in the PAC code

What error message do you get when try to link your mobile account to your Sky ID from this link:

Does this link work for the activation:

It comes up with account has already been linked but will not let me proceed any further has a triangle with a ! in. I can't put my pac code from EE anywhere

For the linking issue I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

When this has been sorted hopefully you can activate the sim and then enter the pac code.

Hi Lisa I rang on Monday to give my PAC code but as of yet nothing have activated
