Earbuds 3

Hi. I've just joined sky mobile and ordered 2 s24 one for me and one for my partner. The phone comes with a set of earbuds 3 but today when the phones were delivered the package only had 1 pair in it. Surely there should be 2 pairs as I've ordered 2 phones? My Mrs is telling me to cancel hers as she feels a bit robbed tbh. Any link available for me to try claim the other pair? Online assist is not helpful and been on hold for ages. Thanks for any help. It does say here that it one gift per order:

Then in the T&Cs it says this:

Limited to one gift per order. Maximum 4 claims per household

So if you ordered two phones at the same time would that count as one order ?

So basically I'm going to have to cancel the phone, send it back and reorder it. Bit daft tbh. Not as if were going to share an earphone each. Thanks for your reply.

I'm not sure that would work either, the T&Cs (available on that page) state this:

Customers that return their mobile device for any reason are not eligible to participate.
