Not receiving OTP

Transferred number from EE to Sky last week, now I am not receiving any verification text messages that are needed for absolutely everything (Apple, bank, uni etc) . Incredibly frustrating.

I have tried all the usual fixes. Still not working.

Is there a waiting period?

Please help - how can I resolve this issue?

So this can't be investigated by the relevant team at Sky I would report this to them by calling them on 150.

Currently on hold with 150 for assistance but they don't appear to understand the issue. Already spent an hour with online chat - no resolution.
