    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all. My new phone is coming today and I have a question, I'm new to sky mobile but I am keeping my number as I've used this for over 10 years and can't be bothered with the faff of changing everything over.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know how the whole porting thing goes (to an extent) but since it's a Friday, I read online that sky will transfer everything by 5pm the next working day, this would be Monday no?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;am I able to continue using my current o2 sim in my new phone during this weekend, while waiting for sky to transfer all of my stuff etc onto my new sim? Or is this not how it works?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's not really a be all end all for me, I can use alternative methods of communication whilst I wait, but just to know I can do this if I need to and it won't cause any problems?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4216159"&gt;@Ttifas&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; yes porting doesn't happen at weekends so yes it would be Monday at the earliest. Yes you can continue using your old sim until the port starts, that sim will stop working, then put the sky sim in and it should complete.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
