      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a new customer to Sky Mobile Ireland on a sim-only plan. I activated the sim yesterday. Coverage is terrible, very low at all times from my home and keeps dropping out entirely for extended periods. I live 20 minutes from Dublin city centre and have never experienced problems like this with any other network. I set up my APN in accordance with instructions on the Sky website, and the fact I have some mobile data some of the time suggests this is not the problem. But I don't know what is...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
