&lt;P&gt;Try ordering it again and should you end up with two of them make sure you only activate one of them so the other one is cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You don't need a new sim you need a replacement so it has the same number as this broken one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure why they need you to report it as lost or stolen so perhaps try again to see if you have more luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
