Hi @Strawberrycow definitely a scam. Many reports here lately. They offer to get you discounts, a free watch and you order phones. They then don't deliver the watch and say you need to send the phones back but they go to them not sky.

A bonafide Sky employee 'should' ask for your telephone password. You could always give an incorrect one on purpose. If the caller accepts your answer it's obviously a scam call.

100% scam. They'll no doubt want account details & if given will access your account to order expensive devices, they may also change the password to lock you out. They'll then call back when the devices are delivered asking you to send them due to an error to an address they supply. Then the customer is liable for the full cost. The scammers then sell on the devices.
