@Unknown658 Are you transferring the data from the piggy bank before using it?

if you don't you will use normal data and be charged for it

Hi @Unknown658 how much are you being charged ? Are you sure you aren't adding the 1Gig at £6 rather than using your piggybank ?

Hello my bill is £105 and it's gone to £107 then £108 and no I'm using my data from my piggy bank as I have loads spare this had also happened to my brother his has gone to £50 to £95 then £140

Have you had discounts ending @Unknown658 ? When you compare bills what does it show the increases are for ?

That increase is unusual. As above, what do your bills show?

You aren't roaming by any chance? (As piggybank data may not be used for certain locations)
