I have an iPhone 14 thatbibwould like swap to something newer but I have no option to do this. Has anyone come across this?

What swap contract are you on and how long do you have left before the phone is paid off in full ?

I thought I was on swap 24 and agreement ends Dec 2025

Swap24 is a 36 month contract so whir you should be able to swap if you can't do this online then call Sky on 150 for help in doing this. You should be aware the device you want to return still has to be paid off as Sky will give you a value for it, there is the possibility that it will not be enough to pay it off so the difference will be added to your next available bill.
