Good morning, just checked my daughters mobile bill & she has been getting texts from 78484 which I'm being charged £1:50 a time.

I've checked her sim & it's spend cap is off so was just wondering how I can get these stopped without contacting sky customer service as I've had issues with getting a correct response ever since they have seemed to sub-contract out

Having a problem with this number also, have text 'STOP' to 78484 and it keeps coming up with ! not delivered , is there any other way this can be stopped... I thought blocking it would work, but no....any help appreciated.

@nanasez 78484 was blocked on the Sky network on 03/03/25. If you were previously subscribed to this service you should no longer receive any SMS for which you are charged.
