I have paid the outstanding amount on my account and I still cannot use my phone. I've spoken to my provider and it apparently needs to be unlatched from Sky how can I do this when I can't call them. I have a disabled child and my phone is of paramount importance and to not have use of it since Thursday is ridiculous. On Thursday I had to get another PAC code from Sky. Not happy about being held to ransom by this company.
