Yes, I know that. But I can't cancel the order or get any delivery dates from the order status section. As usual sky make it impossible to contact them unless you have an hour to spare on hold!

If you wish to cancel your order you have to call Sky. There's no alternative.

Is it an iPhone 16 by any chance - with its inevitable delay?

What's stopping you from cancelling the order @Jonny1209 call sky and they will cancel it. Call free on 150 from a sky sim.
