I ordered a contract phone last wednesday but the app it telling me in progress coming soon and recived a confirmation email does this mean ive been accepted and just waiting for delivery ☺️

The most up to date information on your particular order should be available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should now get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

Hi @stacey19931 it would suggest that the order has gone through but until the phone is in your hand don't count your chickens ! There have been reports even when phones are out for delivery that sky have asked for a phone to be returned due to credit check issues.
