I have just swapped from EE to sky put in PAC code and activation code. Something clearly went wrong I noticed on sky phone with sky sim during set up it said EE which was odd. Seems now when I try to call either number (old ee one I want to transfer) and new sky they both are invalid!!!! I can call out and the number I call on shows up! What on earth has happened???? I called sky who re did activation and pac code and asked me what number I wanted to transfer. Why are both now invalid when calling them??? Thanks for any advice

I'm not sure what you have done but in this order this is what needed to have been done:

Activate the Sky sim.

Give the Pac code to Sky that you got from EE

Number should then transfer

So have you activated the Sky sim before you gave them the Pac code and if so what day this week did you give the pac ?

When did you call them, was this yesterday because if it was the number transfer might not go through now until Monday at the earliest.

Yes it was I am now going to wait until 15th when transfer should happen. Hopefully it'll all correct itself. Might be refreshing not getting any nuisance calls for 4 days 😂
