    <description>&lt;P&gt;New TV/Broadband Customer,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had a new SkyID created by Sky Sales Team as my month old SkyID with Sky Mobile would not allow the Sales Rep to create an order for TV/Broadband.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So I now have a new Sky ID with TV/Broadband and another with Sky Mobile. How does one merge them together?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure they can be merged but you might be able to link your mobile account to the same ID that you have your other services on as per this:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When doing this if you see any error message then you will have to call Sky to speak to their ID team to see if they can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
