    <description>Hello All, first time using group and would appreciate any help. Arrived in US and have "emergency calls only status" No welcome text received and have tried ALL suggested resolutions on Sky website including requesting new settings which was never going to fly as I can't receive texts! Have reached out to Sky help on X and Facebook but no response. Do any of you lovely lot have a number for Sky experts I could use from a hotel room phone. The 0333 number isn't an option.Thanks in advance.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooted your phone? &amp;nbsp;That worked for me in the US.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, is the sim application setting configured as abroad or automatic?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
