      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am new to sky mobile, I am in America this week and my phone is displaying an SOS Only error message. I have followed the instructions available on the sky website and restarted my phone several time, but it has not worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check my account, I don't think there is anything more I can do with the phone to fix the problem on my own.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trish&lt;/P&gt;</description>
