Can I upgrade my iphone 15 to 16 without additional cost when only done 1 year of 2 year contract

Hi @sheronharley if you are on swap 12 then at 12 months you can swap your phone and provided it's in good condition then that should pay the final 12 months and you can upgrade without additional costs. The old phone will be valued on its return to sky. But if you are on swap 24 then the swap can happen at 24 months.

As above, a Swap12 is a 2 year contract. If you have this then you should be able to upgrade and keep a similiar monthly payment.

If you actually have a Swap24 then it's a 3 year contract and upgrading now would be costly as the residual value of the device will not cover your outstanding credit.
