I've recently brought a new phone and I should be eligible for the promotion to as the phone was brought within the time scale, but I can't find my invoice number or a receipt as there was nothing with the phone when it arrived, Anyone know where I find it? I need to add the invoice number for the promotion Thankyou

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
