      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sim hasn't worked since 14th September whilst on holiday , &amp;nbsp;now trying to get pac code as rung 3 times with no success , they've told me the sky fraud squad will have to call me on my home number to give it to me within the next 24 hours , is this right or am I being fobbed off , this is my business number so already lost work now have to wait at home for call , another lost day , help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I have understood you correctly, your sim hasn't worked since you have returned home after being abroad. If this being the case have you checked that your phone is now set to Home as per this:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Apple:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Mobile Service &amp;gt; SIM Applications &amp;gt; Make sure this is set to Home.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;U&gt;Android:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit &amp;gt; Roaming &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Make sure this is set to Home.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Went away on 14th ,didn't work their and still doesn't work now ,spoke to call centre and was confirmed issue with sim card and would send out another which didn't arrive, now requesting pac code because had enough as it costing me but can't get through text as sim not working so was told fraud squad would have to call me. More cost to me as have to stay home waiting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had a problem couple of weeks before going away bus seem to right itself ,as I've said I've been through all settings etc. With call centre&amp;nbsp; ,was confirmed problem with sim, also tried sim wife's phone with same result.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
