Have you received a call purporting to be from Sky about saving you money on your contract? If yes then did you give them your account details?
I'd refuse delivery & change your account password.

i have received an email saying thanks for your order, your device is on its way. on checking my sky account, to which only i have access, it seems an order was placed yesterday afternoon for an Iphone 15 Max Pro, which was declined shortly afterwards. The order was then placed again at 7pm last night and approved. Apparantly the item has now been despatched, to my address!! but i havent ordered anything, and unless the cat has suddenly taken a liking to smartphones, there is no one else in the household to even use it, let alone order it. I have attempt to "contact us" and "get in touch" but sky make it ridiculously difficult to actually chat to a human and stop this fiasco before the device is even despatched.

When the device turns up refuse the delivery then it will be sent back to Sky, in the meantime you will need to conatct Sky about this and I would also change your login password and security question:
