      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I recently swapped my iPhone 14 for an iPhone 16. The price before was £62 p/m which I had paid for years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to the 16 and the bill increased to £66, which I expected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having spoken to sky I was informed that my old iPhone 14 was valued at £420 and the outstanding credit stood at £520, so I owed £100 which I was fine with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;having looked on the app, it now says that I am due to pay £104 for my next bill. It seems the old phone remains on the billing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently waiting on my returns label to send the old 14 back. Will this reduce the bill to the £66 once the phone has been successfully returned?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i understand that I still owe £100 which is fine, I would rather pay it as a one off payment. My concern is that the £104 is predicted for the next 2 years, which definitely isn't correct as I won't have the old phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will continue to be billed for the iphone 14 until it has been processed by the company&amp;nbsp;that handles the returns for Sky but once this has been done it will be reflected on your&amp;nbsp;future bills is 2-3 weeks time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As above, billing continues as normal until the return is processed - you won't be out of pocket as the payments are reducing the outstanding balance...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although the valuation is just that - the actual value will be confirmed after inspection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Like the previous people returned a phone 7/7 and now it's 19/08&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they haven't given the credit and continue to bill me for 3 phones&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm being bounced from pillar to post&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is a rip off and I can't stop my debit as they will affect my credit&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;made hour upon hour of calls and no one gives a damn&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky I'll be leaving when I've paid phone off&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was suppose to upgrade 2 but no chance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;stuck with the replacent paying you for two years Major cowboys&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
