      <description>&lt;P&gt;Converted my SIM card to an eSIM. Tried to install and kept getting the error &amp;nbsp;below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unable to&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Activate eSIM&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can try again, or contact your carrier for assistance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;contacted sky who told me how to install the sim, I obviously knew how to do this so it didn't work. The agent said they'd contact me to fix and had no contact. Now I'm stuck with a phone I can't use unless I have WiFi. The code is now invalid and on my account I have the option to request a new eSIM...major problem is they have to send out a confirmation code to my mobile number which obviously is not receiving messages as I don't have a sim &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;can anyone help?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
