    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had been a victim of fraud and two iPhones were sent to me but luckily I released I being frauded so I sent the mobiles and sim back with the return bags sent out to me but haven't had a confirmation that the phone have been returned and there is nothing on my account and would like to say if you get a email from sky saying to log in your account and it keeps saying wrong password delete it do not change the password as it isn't sky so be aware .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The simplest thing to do here would be to call Sky and speak to them about this as I presume you have already told them about this when the phones turned up ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
