    <description>&lt;P&gt;Everytime I try to start an upgrade on my phone on MYSKY app it tells me my account is restricted, my payments are all up to date. When I reinstate my account it does nothing. This has been like this for a month and unsure how to fix it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would call Sky on 150 and let them know about this restricted issue and ask them to place this upgrade order for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
