      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, so my current iPhone 14 was eligible for an upgrade so I went and bought the iPhone 16, however I never done it through the upgrade link on the sky app. Am I still able to swap my phone when the new one arrives or have I just taken out a new deal independent of the old one?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
