Samsung S23 FE Vibrating constantly

I'm having issues with my phone constantly vibrating seconds after I've tried to access any app, this issue is driving me mad, i think i have everything switch off, but am open to any suggestions.

@Penf0ld Try the following to see if it helps,

Option 1. Turn off NFC,

1. Find "Connections"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Connections.
Press the indicator next to "NFC and contactless payments" to turn the function on or off.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Option 2. Open Settings, then Sounds and vibration, then Vibrate, and finally adjust the Vibration intensity slider.

Option 3. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick settings, then tap the Settings icon, then Sounds and select a mode
