    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a main account, but when I ordered my sons phone they said I could not have more than 5 devices on the account (they never took off the old inactive devices) I received the device etc but I have no idea what the account info for that account is. Sky themselves must have set up an account for the device, I'm not sure, but I have no way at all to access the account for this device and pay the bill etc. trying to get in touch with sky themselves is impossible and when I do somehow manage to speak to someone they have no idea what I am talking about! I am beyond frustrated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Devices that have been paid off do not count as an active device so should not have prevented another device being ordered to the account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The easiest thing to do is to call Sky on 150 and let them look into this for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
