Phone sim card suddenly stopped working.

This afternoon, sim said no service and I can't make or recieve calls. Tried everything sky says to do. I need my phone for tomorrow but tried everything and still no service etc.

Does any mast issues show here for you:

If not you could try ordering a replacement sim incase the one you have is faulty:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/replacement-sim

It is unlikely you would receive it tomorrow though as you are looking at sometime after the bank holiday weekend.

Recieved a new sim card and still saying no service. But my other contract works fine. But even in different phone that contract/number/sims don't work at all.

Hi I also lost signal on the 23/08/24. Transferred it to an eSIM managed to get sky edge signal which means I can make calls and texts but no data.

Tried all of the resets with no success but it strangely worked when I was in a 5g area. Interested to see if you get this resolved as I'm not sure if it's my phone as other esims I've tried don't work either.

I have the same issue - have received a replacement sim and now happened again!! Doesn't make sense. Sim doesn't work in other phones

Turned out it was because the sim got changed to a e sim

Had to ring up and a lovely lady sorted nit out online for me
