&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And you won't get an outcome to a complaint in such a short space of time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On Sunday morning 09:45 I had to place an order to replace my current mobile device. During the process I asked the agent several times whether the device will be delivered to my address (IN THE UK) during Monday the following day. On each occasion I asked the question the agent responded YES. Now Monday afternoon, I have made several calls to SKY and logged a formal complaint and as of&amp;nbsp; RIGHT now 15:03 GMT I have not received an update from Skyy as to the delivery of the device or an update on the complaint I have raised.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I should have just walked into a mobile store and purchased the handset I wanted rather than be treated with the utmost disrespect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Poor service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have made a formal complaint all you can now do is wait for the response from sky or cancel the order and go elsewhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
