After the credit checks have been completed (these take longer if the order was placed over a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

You will be waiting a while for it im unfortunately. There are loads of us that pre ordered and are still waiting.
Im not sure who told you it would be delivered next day as it does state on the website that it's a 4 week wait

That shouldn't be the case with last years model of the iphone 15 which the OP here ordered....
