My husband and I both have iPhones and they are on the one Sky Account. Over the past three weeks we have not received a number of important calls (ie from hospital/GP etc). Each time the call has not registered on the phone as "missed" so we have been unaware of the problem until we have queried missing a[pointments etc. The callers all say the same thing - they are being told the phone is "engaged".
