Can I cancel my sky sim I have never used as it's costing £6 a mo th when I only using the phone costing £23 a month as I'm with three network any help ? Thanks

You can cancel it but only if you have been paying for it for 12 months or more so if you have call Sky on 150 to ask them to cancel it for you.

You could try calling Sky to see what they say but they are within their rights to not let you cancel it until the 12 months are up. They might agree to do it is you agree to pay off the remaining months.

i ordered a sim card for my ipad only to find that it does not use them can i cancel it please as i have no use for it

Have you activated it yet because if you hven't and you do not then it will be cancelled, if you have activated then to see if Sky will cancel it you will have to call them

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.

@supercool07 Have you activated it? If not do nothing and it will automatically drop off your account after 31 days

if you have and are within the cooling off period contact sky to cancel
