Esim verification code - Failed to send

I have been trying send a verivication code to swap from phisical sim to an e-sim becuase my new sky phone is esim only.

However I keep getting an error `failed to send`

this is day 3, sky said try again tommorow.

Still a fail today.

Hi @Brezipool sky are aware of an issue with the fail to send message and are working on a fix, other than that there is nothing we as customers can do.

Yea, thats working in my old phone. So im ok.

Just frustrating got a new phone I cant use. lol

Its a samsung S23.

Sky sent me an email saying it only works with esim. so im just follwing what they say.

Hi @Brezipool have you checked for a sim slot as sky often say that but it's not always true.

I want to swap my esim over to my new phone I have scanned the QR code but I have not received the verification code.
