4G signal not loading

I have been having issues with sky 4G for a while now. It says iv got signal and nearly always full signal with 4G but nothing loads on safari and can't send WhatsApp's or do anything that involves using mobile data. I'm usually outside and this doesn't just happen in my small hometown it happens in bigger places too! Has anyone had the same issue?

Does the same happen if you change the data setting to 3G ?

Happens to me if on iPhone go to settings then mobile service then data options and click data and voice enable 3G should work
