E sim not compatible with my phone need to convert to standard sim as have no network had a replacement sim come through but its still registered on an esim

Yes I have tried still not working need to convert it to a standard sim as cant make calls

Still saying esim but I can't get esim I need a physical sim my phone isn't compatible with esim

I would suggest calling Sky about this from another phone if you have one.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
