Hello, I want to swap my phone to an iPhone 14. I rang sky and they said I had 170 pounds and that my valuation would probably be around 50-60 pounds, does that mean I have to pay 50 or 60 pounds once I get the update. Also, when do I start paying for my new phone I received, thanks.

If you have £170 to pay off against the iphone and you valuation for it is £70 then if you went ahead and did this the difference of £100 would be added to your next available bill.

You start paying for a new device when you receive it and not before.

@Ryleyrys You pay whatever is left of the £170 once the amount sky actually offers you is taken off
