4G defunct 5G replacement Sims.

We have had repeated calls from number 0161 area telling us our 4G sims are scheduled for deletion because we need new 5G sims. Is this correct or is it a scam?

Callers had Asian accents.

Scam as what they have told you is a load of nonsense, 4G is going nowhere at present.

I only gave my email address but they got that wrong. My husband overheard the conversation and challenged them, they were extremely evasive so he ended the call.

We have blocked the number but can't put it here as Sky won't allow that.
