&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;sky.com/networksettings&lt;/STRONG&gt; (My Account &amp;gt; Mobile &amp;gt; Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.&lt;BR /&gt;Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Save the settings when your receive&amp;nbsp;them and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey guys&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;travelled abroad with work to the Czech Republic. When I arrived I had the standard "roaming passport plus" message. Left the airport and had no data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;followed every step online and getting nowhere. Called the helpline and the chap suggested a network settings refresh. Still no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I visit&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://sky.com/apn" target="_blank"&gt;http://sky.com/apn i see "data usage unavailable"&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;im stuck using the WiFi in my hotel until i get this resolved. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
