I would like to swap my phone however I cannot do this until may 2025. Is there a way to do this any earlier without paying the full credit agreement

You would need to call Sky on 150 for help with this but you should be aware that the earlier you swap the more you will have to pay to clear the credit agreement off on the returned device as the value Sky gives you might not cover what you owe against it.

In short, no.

The remaining credit will almost certainly exceed the value of the phone. If you 'swap' then the balance is payable on the next bill.

Best suggestion is to wait until May 2025.

Thanks for the reply ! Would they not be able to possibly add the remaining balance to the next phone ? Or I can just clear the remaining balance ?

@NeoFryer they won't add the remaining balance to the next phone

as already mentioned if you do swap any remaining balance will be taken out in full on the first bill after swap completion
