      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a sim online and I'm having trouble activating it.&amp;nbsp; When I go into my Sky account it doesn't give me the option to do anything relating to my sim - it says just getting your plan ready please check back later.&amp;nbsp; What does this mean and what do I do?&amp;nbsp; I feel like I'm wasting money on a plan that I can't use!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
